Get ready to immerse yourself in a magical experience at Willow's Social House! With upleveled decor, real touch florals, and multiple photo backdrops, you'll feel like you've stepped into a fairytale. Whether you're planning a rehearsal dinner, bridal or baby shower, birthday, or micro wedding, Willow's 1800 sq. ft. historic home is the place to be for up to 40 people!​ "The Social House" includes:

• Cafe, Bar, & Lounge: (2) lounge rooms, (5) cafe tables, (25) cafe chairs, vintage lobby bar with buffet tables and refrigeration, TV in front lounge and cigar parlor, huge dessert tower, a giant light up party barge (perfect for a mimosa bar, chilled beverages or charcuterie), Keurig coffee maker, champagne, wine, and bourbon glasses, plates, silverware, beverage decanters, ice buckets, upleveled decor, and multiple photo backdrops. 

• Photo Booth: The one and only 6ft Magic Mirror Photo Booth in St. Louis that prints and text photos instantly. Lots of rhinestone cowboy hats, glitzy accessories, and drawers full of fun props. Customize the frame with your own message and get a digital download of pics from your event for an additional $100. 

• Willows Attic: Double sided dressing lofts, 4 vanity tables with Hollywood mirrors, (2) lounge seating areas, mounds of florals, multiple photo backdrops with ring lighting, and a burlap body form for a dress. Perfect for a bridal suite, photoshoot, or sipping wine with gal pals. Fits up to 12. Historic Loft is not handicap accessible, but the rest of the house is.

• Tom Foolery's Cigar Parlor: A "cave-like" ventilated room just off the bar for those who want to sip bourbon and watch the game. BYO cigar and beverages. Seats 8. 

• Host a Private Event:

  • ​Friday-Sunday rental $200 per hour, 4-hour minimum.

  • Monday-Thursday $150 per hour, 3-hour minimum.

  • Rental time must include set up and breakdown.

  • BEST DEAL- all day rental 8:00 AM-11:00 PM $1750. 

• Host a Public Event: We love supporting local businesses, schools, and non-profits! Public events are open to the general public. We help promote by posting on our website and social media pages. We can even sell tickets!

  • ​Friday-Sunday rental $150 per hour, 4-hour minimum.

  • Monday-Thursday $100 per hour, 3-hour minimum. 

  • Rental time must include set up and breakdown.

  • BEST DEAL-all day rental 8:00 AM-11:00 PM $1250.

• Catering & Photographers- We got 'em! Just ask!

• Housekeeping Fee: To avoid having to pay an additional housekeeping fee of $200 you must leave the property clean, trash taken out, all decorations removed within the rental period.

• Industry Vendors: such as photographers, crafters, bakers, yoga instructors, etc. who need to rent by the hour for private classes or sessions please reach out for vendor hours and special pricing.

Does not include access to the tent, backyard, or outdoor bathrooms.​ Other renters may be onsite renting the outdoor area and catering kitchen at the same time.

​Thank you for treating our home and neighbors respectfully. We are in a residential neighborhood so music must be kept at a reasonable decibel and turned off at 10:00 PM. The house is handicap accessible with the exception of Willows Attic upstairs.
